No code is available yet for managing this upgrade, and there are
insufficient resources to get this implemented for 8.04.1. As such,
we'll have missed the window in which it makes sense to implement this,
since the upgrade support won't be present when the vast majority of
users are going to be upgrading. I'm therefore marking this bug
'wontfix' with regrets.
