The deadline for Ubuntu 8.04.1 uploads being /accepted/ into -proposed
is June 1 (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardyReleaseSchedule). I'm not sure
which "final" xulrunner upload you're waiting on, but this doesn't seem
to leave much window for the chmsee upload to actually happen. As such,
while I think this is a reasonable SRU candidate and will target it to
the hardy release, I don't think it's appropriate to treat this as a
blocker for 8.04.1 and am dropping the milestone.
