I too have the same problem. 1. Loud beep when i open my laptop. (I use suspend on closing the lid option). 2. The laptop comes to life very fast but usually early morning i get the message "Suspend problem ... ", but no further issues. 3. Suspend also works fine later .. but usually its early morning i get that.
