Public bug reported:

The multitouch interface for the mousepad on the macbook air is working
as a 5 year old synaptic touchpad, it's to say:

-no multitouch (logical)
-no scrolling with two fingers or with one finger on the right
-no click posible on the touchpad himself

So we have basically what we had on hoary.

i've seen two solutions on the net:

1/ with macbook pro 4.1 on the wesite of fedora and the help.ubuntu.com,
none of them (they are similar in facts) does make any change.

2/ an alpha program named touchd to replace the synaptic touchpad on
xorg.conf, and it needs to have an uinput device available, i don't have
any.

So still on basic touchpad and one button-click.
