This isn't a bug.  Your /boot partition is way too small.  You need to make it 
bigger.  There is a partitioning tool on the livecd called gparted that can 
resize your partitions without destroying your data.  
OR, you could stop using a separate /boot partition altogether.  This is a bit 
tricky.  I think you would have to copy files over, edit fstab, and edit your 
grub menu.

Last OR, is to do a clean install, again, ignoring a separate /boot
partition
