Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-kde4

On my machine, dragging a rotated icon causes it to move toward a
different direction than my mouse-pointer. I think it takes the
coordinates relative to its rotated system, but moves the icon in
desktop coordinate system.

Reproduce:
-Create an icon widget
-Rotate it by 90°
-Try to drag it to the left of right
-> it will move up and down instead

I don't know if this bug is old or new, but I only use kde4 sporadically
and today was the first time I experienced this.

Greetings
   Stephan Burkhardt
