Public bug reported:
Using the installation disk kubuntu-kde4-8.04-alternate-amd64.iso, there
is no option to use existing HFS+ partitions.
Boot -> install kde4 kubuntu ->
...
-> partition disks -> choose existing partition -> "Use as"
As there is a rapidly increasing number of mac users and a good number
of these also want to boot (k|x|flux)ubuntu adding HFS+ support would go
a long way to promoting interoperability.
