A package I'm making (the lobby client for the game Spring) needs this,
and it really should be a proper package, so I'm going to pick up work
on this. Miguel, if you have a start to a package worth sharing I'd
like to see it, otherwise I'll need to make a package from scratch.
Also, it would be nice if Deluge depended on this library rather than
include it statically, which it currently does.
