Binary package hint: libhighgui-dev
cvGetCaptureProperty(...) seems to have no effect. No matter which
property is chosen, the function always returns 0;
cvSetCaptureProperty(...) also doesn't work. There's no way to set the pointer
to a specific position in the avi file.
Under Windows these functions work without problems.
I'm using Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04. But these functions also didn't work on
earlier releases.
