I haven't had a chance to try it in Windows, but I can't imagine the same problem exists there -- after all they guarantee Windows support and I'm sure they tested it thoroughly there. If it's not working on Windows, that's a valid reason for returning your device and getting your money back. Not so much for Linux.
I tried a card reader and it's working perfectly there. However, it would be nice if it were working with the phone as well -- could you mark the bug active again?
