Confirmed in AMD64 Hardy Kubuntu. Upgraded from Gusty. Recent addresses list in Komposer remembers old addresses correctly but does not find addressbook entries with characters outside of the ASCII range. Appears to be kaddressbook. I had no local resource, only a cached IMAP. Creating an entry in a local resource resulted in a utf-8 encoded file.
