Public bug reported: Pressing AltGr-ScrollLock should show the current register contents on the console. (See "fn_show_ptregs()" in file "drivers/char/keyboard.c" and http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Keyboard-and-Console-HOWTO-8.html#ss8.2 ) It doesn't. Pressing these keys does nothing at all.
Shift-ScrollLock (show memory) and Ctrl-ScrollLock (show state) work fine, so this seems to be one of these problems with the AltGr key. I am using hardy on a Samsung X20 XVM 1730 V laptop (ScrollLock is Fn+F12). This may have to do with Xorg; I will try the key combination after booting into single user mode and report the results. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- AltGr-ScrollLock does not work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231022 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
