As I said once I shut down by powering off and then restarting the 
applied settings work fine> i actually  reinstalled a  more recent 
download  and the  moving  screen was  not there  but the  desktop  
filled  but  half  my screen.
Would it help in anyway if I added the line now or would you want me to 
reinstall. Even then it looks like a Catch22 situation as on restart it 
works fine and I all thumbs at this, how and when do you want me  to add 
that  line to check.
