Public bug reported: Binary package hint: amarok
Amarok should not bind any keys globally (i.e., grabbing them away from other applications) by default. This is quite obnoxious and particularly so because amarok seems to have bugs in this area. In particular, I see my keypresses stacking up and then being released when I mouse on a menu. As a related problem, there seems to currently be no way to bind certain functions non-globally. So, for example, if I want to bind Alt-Right to "play next track", but only when Amarok has the focus, there is no way to do so. ** Affects: amarok (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- should not steal global keys by default https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/230533 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
