Ben: it's not included, yes. The last patchset from OpenVZ is from 25-Mar-2008 (2.6.24-ovz004), while the commits for this are from April. Upstream bug with links to patches: http://bugzilla.openvz.org/show_bug.cgi?id=860 I'm already building the kernel with this patches to verify it and have created bug 230432 for this issue.
