Ah... this will cause a problem. You need to add /home/eric/Mail/Mail to the exclude-directory list in beagle-settings (i.e. tell beagle's filesystem crawler to leave thunderbird's email to thunderbird crawler only). Remove ~/.beagle/Indexes/FileSystemIndex and then start beagled. The re-indexing is necessary because thunderbird email information is stored twice in the index causing the problem.
