In my case, urlclassifier3.sqlite had grown to 33 MB in a couple of days. Then I switched off the phishing / attack warnings alltogether.
Although the problem is greatly diminished since the xulrunner update, this security function still eats up too much resources (occasional high CPU load plus I/O activity). Which makes surfing with Firefox less pleasant than it should be.
