Note: some common scripts use timestamping in combination with -O. That
has never worked, and was made an error in 1.11; however, since this can
potentially introduce brokenness to poorly-written system scripts (or,
some scripts could conceivably break on users' .wgetrc files), it has
been downgraded to a warning, rather than an error.

You may wish to wait for that fix to show up in a release (will be in
upstream in 1-2 weeks; judging from recent history, Debian will update
within a day or two of that). 1.11.3 will consist of just this change,
and updated translations (which, IIRC, go in a separate package anyway).
