Konversation and Konsole use different key combinations for switching
between tabs. Konversation uses ALT+Left/Right and Konsole uses
SHIFT+left/right. Konqueror doesn't seem to support this at all using a
key combination. I know that this is a trivial issue, but consistency
is nice with this sort of thing.
