Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I commented on an older bug report ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-panel/+bug/217221 ), then I noticed that it's old and invalid, so I opened a new one. After a recent update of gnome-panel I can no longer click on the clock and open locations. There is no crash report, it does not crash but freezes. The whole gnome-panel freezes, I cant click on the window list eiter. I can do "killall gnome-panel" from a terminal, it restarts, but when I left-click again on the clock, it freezes again. My location (/apps/panel/applets/clock_screen0/prefs/cities) is: <location name="Budapest" timezone="Europe/Budapest" latitude="47.433334" longitude="19.266666" code="LHBP" current="true"/> I attached the /apps/panel/applets/clock_screen0/prefs/cities branch of my gconf ii libgweather-common 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2 ii libgweather1 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2 ii gnome-panel 1:2.22.1.3-0ubuntu1 ii gnome-panel-data 1:2.22.1.3-0ubuntu1 ii libpanel-applet2-0 1:2.22.1.3-0ubuntu1 Linux zebulon 2.6.24-16-generic #1 SMP Thu Apr 10 13:23:42 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux Ubuntu Hardy, clean install ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Mon May 12 13:29:54 2008 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.04 Package: gnome-panel 1:2.22.1.3-0ubuntu1 PackageArchitecture: i386 ProcEnviron: PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:/home/username/bin LANG=hu_HU.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gnome-panel Uname: Linux 2.6.24-16-generic i686 ** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Invalid ** Tags: apport-bug -- gnome-panel freezes when I click on clock https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/229527 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
