Sorry about taking so long, my laptop`s screen does not work without the
nvidia driver (I don`t see any bootup the screen starts up on the login
screen), so I had to plug in a monitor. Anyway I removed the sources
(sources manager thingy). Removed the driver and did apt-get clean.
This made the problem appear so I ran the command you gave me, added
back the sources and reinstalled the nvidia driver, restarted so I could
see what I was doing on my laptop monitor and there was no jockey.txt.
So I disabled the sourced and removed the driver ran apt-get clean again
and this time did not restart just left the nvidia driver running but
the problem was there so I ran the command still getting no jockey.txt
(nevermind about that it seems I forgot and went to /tmp instead of
/mnt/laptop/tmp.... (I use sshfs). It may have been there in the first
place! I must not be thinking today.
