IMHO this is a bug. And it reduces the usability of the KDE GUI. I want to emphasize that I did not play with fancy user defined colors. I just changed to the predefined color scheme "DarkBlue", and then a few things become unreadable. To me it's as simple as that and very unpleasant.
Not to speak of the problems with Konqueror not coping with the dark color scheme, displaying webpages with black text on dark blue background, etc. Technically it is possible to calculate a constrast value between foreground and background. Using this value the Graphical User Interface KDE could switch the foreground color to a more contrasting color automaticly. Even if it should not be looking beautiful, it would be grant readability. -- Color Scheme not properly applied in Konqueror and KSystemLog https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/131590 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
