Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nunit-console

I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04. This is in the nunit-console
package.

The issue is that nunit-console.exe first reads an xml config file
called /usr/lib/nunit/nunit-console.exe.config

The top of this xml file has the line <?xml version="1.0"
encoding="Windows-1252"?>
and most if not all installations of Ubuntu do not include an support for
Windows-1252 encoding.  Once the
encoding="Windows-1252" is removed from the xml header in the file then the
nunit-console program works fine.

This really should be fixed asap as it is a trivial (1 minute fix).

** Affects: nunit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
