Steps to reproduce:
1) create a new email and select pgp sign
2) The POP3 and SMTP passwords are forgotten once the pgp password dialog comes
up and you hit cancel or type in the correct password. On the next check for
email you will have to enter in the passwords again. If you check the remember
for this session option, you will still be prompted for the POP passwords one
more time. Evolution will remember them for the rest of the session.
3) Log out and log back in and you start over again with a pgp signed message
causing Evolution to forget POP and SMTP passwords again.

I did a reinstall via synaptic of the following packages and it made no
difference in behavior:
openoffice.org-evolution 1:2.4.0-3ubuntu6
evolution-data-server 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2
evolution 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2
evolution-common 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2
evolution-data-server-common 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2
evolution-exchange 2.22.1-0ubuntu1
evolution-plugins 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu2
evolution-webcal 2.21.92-0ubuntu1

If you need me to do a complete reinstall of hardy, that may take a bit
longer. Apologies for the "me too" post before.
