I'm still seeing this bug. I'm running gnome-applets version
2.22.1-0ubuntu2 on Hardy x64, fully up to date (as far as apt knows,
anyway - the repo is reporting 2.22.1-0ubuntu2 as the most up to date
available).

"There was an error launching the keyboard preferences dialogue: Failed
to execute child process "gnome-accessibility-keyboard-properties" (No
such file or directory)"

Funny thing though, the keyboard accessibility control panel still
loads, despite throwing an error. Although it refuses to remember any
changes (both launched via the applet and through system prefs) -
stickykeys appears to not work at all.
