I'm still seeing this bug. I'm running gnome-applets version 2.22.1-0ubuntu2 on Hardy x64, fully up to date (as far as apt knows, anyway - the repo is reporting 2.22.1-0ubuntu2 as the most up to date available).
"There was an error launching the keyboard preferences dialogue: Failed to execute child process "gnome-accessibility-keyboard-properties" (No such file or directory)" Funny thing though, the keyboard accessibility control panel still loads, despite throwing an error.
