Well, this is good news. Nevertheless, that fix does not hurt and makes KildClient more robust. Not to mention that the new features in 2.7.0 aren't that bad. ;-)
Apparently KildClient 2.7.0 is in intrepid, even if packages.ubuntu.com says otherwise (see #227986).
