lots of no such file or directory errors... or did you want me to do this? strace -Ff -tt gksu "sh /media/ubuntu/cdromupgrade" 2>&1 | tee strace-hardy.log by the way I needed to use my cdrom drive again, so I changed the mountpoint from /media/cdrom0 to /media/ubuntu.
