Various users, including myself, reported the same problem in the German ubuntuusers.de forum. Two error messages appear when running Rhythmbox under XUbuntu 8.04 stating that the Jamendo and Magnatune plugin can not be loaded. After confirming these messages, Rhythmbox seems to work fine. Both plugins are not activated in the plugin menu, plus their properties can't be edited.
