[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.04
Release: 8.04

Followed the instructions in
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/Driver/bcm43xx/Feisty_No-
Fluff to set up the card using ndiswrapper - this works.

However, when I boot with the power attached the process "modprobe ssb" will
hang and no wifi networks are available
(neither is wlan0 or eth1 for that matter).
Detach the powercable during boot and all is well.

Output from dmesg is no different between the two boots.
