I think this issue still exists. I have noticed it on a new Hardy install. Viewing my Gmail account. There are no unnamed folders in .evolution/mail/imap/<account>/folders
I can't "uncheck" this folder via subscriptions. On another imap account, I can see another unnamed folder through the subscriptions.
