Bug #115102 is not a duplicate of this one and additionally forward duping is a bad habit to get into - there's nothing here that would have warranted doing so. The NVIDIA binary drivers are known to be troublesome on non-stock kernels (-rt and -xen) as such kernels are not targeted for testing by NVIDIA.
