@Pedro, Per your request, I ran evolution 2.22.1 on a brand new account on the same computer. Still the same problem. As soon as I attached an JPEG image, the message never get deliver with the same error.
On another hand, Evolution 2.12.1 deliver the same e-mail just fine.
