Confirming the problem. System Dell XPS m1330 Nvidia 8400M GS. 2.6.24-16-generic. Suspend worked OK, but there was no USB after resume. Proposed fix (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/211572/comments/19) worked fine.
