Public bug reported:
I often use my computer for watching movies with totem in fullscreen. I
deactivated display sleep under System->Prefs->Power Managment and
deactivated the screensaver under Sys->Prefs->Screensaver. Still, after
about 15-20minutes of watching a movie without touching the mouse or
keyboard, the screen just blanks, my monitor says 'NO SIGNAL' and shuts
off. This is VERY annoying, because I always need to keep the mouse in
reach to juggle it around every few minutes to prevent this from
happening. :-(
I am running latest edgy with gnome on x86. If you need any more
information about my system, please let me know. This is by far the
worst "bug" I ever encountered on Linux. :(
