Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Installed Hardy stable (i386) with non-encrypted system VG and another,
encrypted VG didn't work correctly: no entry for the encrypted partition
was added in /etc/crypttab. /etc/fstab entry for LV in the encrypted VG
was added, however, resulting in non-bootable system (boot stops as it
tries to access the LV, asking for manual fix).

Removing the problem entry from fstab allowed booting temporarily, and
adding appropriate entry in crypttab by hand fixed the problem.

In case it matters, there were two disks and both VGs are on md devices
(system vg raid1, encrypted vg raid0).

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
