Binary package hint: lyx
Lyx don't recognize custom .layouts when I put them in ~/.lyx/layouts
for example I enter this in a file called funkyarticle.layout in ~/.lyx/layouts
and when I click reconfigure and restart lyx it doesn't appear in document type
