I fixed this Bug, but I dont know how. First I installed XFCE4 and xubuntu-desktop, I was testing the xfce-desktop and reboot 4-5 times. Second I deinstalled XFCE4, xubuntu-desktop and all packages with xfce* in Synaptic.
Now Im using GNome.
