Hello, I think I may be experiencing this or a similar bug. It's been occurring on random occasions over the last few months when my Lenovo 3000 N100 laptop has been waking from Sleep under Hardy. I'm currently running Hardy with the latest updates and it happened again this morning.
On wake from sleep, I get a console screen with a very rapidly repeating error message (transcribed - incomplete): ata1.00: status {DRDY ERR} error {ABRT} exception Emask BMDMA CMD I have to power off the machine to overcome this error. Please let me know what else I can do to help. The problem is, that this seems to occur randomly, so it's difficult to know when it will occur next.
