apport setugids to $SUDO_UID and $SUDO_GID, so if adept calls apport
through sudo (or a frontend like kdesu), the browser should open as
normal user. (This is not a matter of security, but for getting the
user's browser preferences.

Jonathan, can you replicate this on Kubuntu? Firefox opens as normal
user for me for reporting system crashes (where apport itself runs as
root).
