I just updated to ubuntu 8.04 hardy. Went to load my eclipse, and I got
this. I have tried sun-Java-6 and sun-Java-1.5 and gcj-java all with the
same error.

This bug really sucks. Has anybody found a workaround to get eclipse
running.
