Hello! I have the same problem as EagleScreen.
I installed Kubuntu Hardy beta 4 from iso-cd y since the first moment y had this problem and now with final version of hardy, it hasn't been fixed. It occurs with KDE 3.5.9 and with KDE4 4.0.3 I've installed all packages with lang "-es" and my regional config is spain-spanish.
