*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 58017 *** You have to right click on an edit-field and select the preferred language there. I'll check if it remembers you're selection or if you have to keep doing this.
In my case (dutch) I had to use an add-on to add my language. But I'll file a specific bug about that.
