Rename intel-rng.ko to intel-rng.ko.bak, so the system can't found it during boot. Location of this file: /lib/modules/(used Kernel)/kernel/drivers/char/hw_random/
You have to do this every time you install or update the Kernel, because the system rewrite a new file.
