Thanks, Michael for your report. From looking at the release version of s3switch, I guess this is ancient software that is not cared for too well. There is no Maintainer for it, for example. Assigning to MOTU to either apply or reject the patch.
Sebastian, can you get Debian to include the patch? ** Changed in: s3switch (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => MOTU (motu) Status: New => Triaged ** Summary changed: - segfaults on the thinkpad t23 + s3switch segfaults on the thinkpad ** Summary changed: - s3switch segfaults on the thinkpad + s3switch segfaults on the thinkpad [patch] ** Tags added: patch ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #310984 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=310984 ** Also affects: s3switch (Debian) via http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=310984 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown -- s3switch segfaults on the thinkpad [patch] https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/41355 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
