Thanks for reporting this bug. I can reproduce it in a Hardy pbuilder:

dpkg -L gcc-3.3-doc shows gcc-3.3.info.gz is not included in the
gcc-3.3-doc package. In Gutsy it was included in this package (version
1:3.3.6-15ubuntu2).
