I can confirm this in the package. I also downloaded the source package from pgadmin.org and compiled it. The result was the same. I also noticed that when I upgraded from 7.10 to 8.04, several options are now missing in pgAdmin, such as the types and operators sections for a schema. This seems however to be an upstream issue.
