Ok. I will leave this bug report open for now until you can attach a document that shows reproducible version of the bug you are seeing. There is nothing I can do as far as attempting a fix without an example document though. Actually if you find a way to reproduce it easily, it would be preferred if the document was as small as possible, no need for a 250 page version. :-)
