This bug is really annoying, it happened in 7.10, and it's happening now
with 8.04. It's ridiculous to NEED an internet connection to install
Ubuntu, there should be a confirmation window, a button to skip, or at
very least a warning about what is happening there.

For the record, I choose Bogotá/Colombia as the location place, so I
guess it is trying to scan the CO sources.
