Hi, I confirm this. The xorg.conf use wrong freq. I provided a working xorg.conf at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/iMacG5RevC . About the fan, Benjamin Herrenschmidt will work on it later, any help is welcome, we need a windfarm121 driver.
