Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.24

After upgrading from gutsy to hardy I can't synchronize my Sony Clie any
longer using kpilot. If I start synchronizing I get the following
message in /var/syslog:

Apr 25 19:30:17 darkstar kernel: [ 3691.076037] usb 8-3.3: new full speed USB
device using ehci_hcd and address 12
Apr 25 19:30:17 darkstar kernel: [ 3691.169737] usb 8-3.3: configuration #1
chosen from 1 choice
Apr 25 19:30:17 darkstar kernel: [ 3691.170378] usb 8-3.3: palm_os_4_probe -
error -32 getting connection info
Apr 25 19:30:17 darkstar kernel: [ 3691.170396] visor: probe of 8-3.3:1.0
failed with error -5

Using Gutsy everything works well. I am using now kubuntu 8.04.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
